What is Viagra?

Viagra is a brand-name prescription drug that’s approved to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). With ED, you’re unable to have or maintain an erection. Viagra is approved for this use in males ages 18 years and older.

How does sildenafil work?

Viagra contains the drug sildenafil. It belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. (A class of drugs is a group of medications that act in a similar way.) Viagra works by increasing blood flow to your penis, which helps you have and keep an erection. But this drug only works if you’re sexually aroused.

What dose should you take?

Viagra is available in two doses: 50mg and 100mg.

50mg
The starting dose usually recommended for men taking Viagra for the first time.

100mg
A high-strength dose used if you find 50mg isn’t effective enough, or your erection lasts less than 4 hours

What drugs will affect Viagra?

Do not take Viagra with similar medications such as avanafil (Stendra), tadalafil (Cialis) or vardenafil (Levitra).

an antibiotic - clarithromycin, erythromycin, or telithromycin;
antifungal medicine - ketoconazole or itraconazole; or

medications used to treat pulmonary artery hypertension.

Does sildenafil have side effects?

The most common side effects of sildenafil include:

headache
indigestion or heartburn
back pain
muscle aches
flushed skin
stuffy or runny nose

These side effects usually go away after a few hours.

Very occasionally, sildenafil can cause a painful erection or an erection that won’t go away (priapism).

One time I took a pill called Viagra and it helped me go better than it had before, I think that with the proper dosage it could be the best thing to happen someone with ED and I think those that have ried natural alternatives will benefit from it. We had a great time for the first time that we could do it with the Viagra pill and I think that it could happen to anyone that they take it and notice a world of difference. I took 50mg and I think I had it the best that I have ever had it in a long long time. She was great and I think that if I had more preparation for the event that we could have made it better. It was better than if I had only fasted and it made it so that it was almost as good as if I had gone on a specific diet. She was extremely excited to have it happen and I think she liked it even better than someone who had not taken it before. She was extremely satisfied and said that she would have fun with me again. The Viagra I brought with me got slightly soaked by the sprinkler, luckily I had 20 mg that was not soggy. I didn’t think that was enough since it was half my normal dose but it worked fine.

Viagra helps a guy achieve and keep an erection. Basically, it will make his unit act like it’s 19 again. I probably will not keep an erection after ejaculation. But it’s also a pretty good be that he’ll be able to go again after twenty to thirty minutes. You’ve got about a four hour window with a dose of viagra. A couple of hints about taking it: don’t use viagra right after eating a high fat meal or high fat food. gotta wait about two hours after a high fat meal. fats seem to slow down or prevent the absorption of the drug. I’ve found that if I want it to kick in fast, take one with a coke. The fizzy must help get it going faster. When I do this, it takes only about 10 minutes for it to start working. Viagra will not prevent premature ejaculation. Overall, it has been an amazing experience and I would not think about going back to the way things were before I started utilizing it. Simply the best, ease of use is my main reason. It’s simply this: a pill to help a guy get and maintain an erection. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am a 45 year old, but unfortunately take antidepressants which destroyed my sex drive. I started taking and have been using viagra for my erectile dysfunction for close to one year. Another advantage which I noticed over time is that the pill has started to help with my controlling my night urinating frequency as well.
